After working in mechanical and aerospace engineering for 30 years, AES’s founder, Norman Neher, P.E started a consulting business. AES draws upon resources from other consultants and manufacturers they have worked with over the years as needed.

Norman has experience in engineering design, classical and FEA analysis, testing, and manufacturing. He offers the advantage of being able to view your task from all of these perspectives simultaneously. He believes in robust, well-engineered designs, and taking a proactive approach.

Our passion is delivering high-value engineering services accompanied by excellent problem-solving skills to our customers. Our experience with powerful tools like finite element analysis and 3D modeling permits us to offer these services to our customers who may only need these services occasionally.

While mechanical, aerospace and manufacturing expertise are our core competencies, we also have several electrical engineers and electronic manufacturers on call as well.
